Thank you for your interest in our custom order services. Please see our policy for custom orders. 

Payment: Orders must be paid in full before services are rendered. This ensures that we can provide the necessary resources and materials for your custom order. 

Order Details: Please provide any/all specific details (colors, gems, pictures, etc) wanted/needed, as well as when your custom order is needed by to ensure we have sufficient time for order approvals and to complete your order. Pictures can be sent to slcnails@hotmail.com if you're unable to upload.

Turnaround Time: All orders require a minimum of two (2) weeks but can be two (2) to four (4) weeks to complete. This timeframe is essential in guaranteeing the highest quality product(s). We appreciate your patience.
